San Palermo Abacoa

San Palermo Abacoa is the smallest of the neighborhoods in the 15 communities of Abacoa homes and townhomes. Developed by DiVosta Homes in 2003, this Jupiter townhome community was built exclusively for buyers looking to belong to an intimate community with easy access to I-95 and the local beaches and amenities the city offers.

San Palermo Jupiter FL consists of only 34 Mediterranean-inspired duplex townhouses. Unlike many of the other townhomes in Abacoa, the community offers large living spaces.
